At eFurniture Factory, we want to make sure that every one of our customers is 100% satisfied with their purchase. We have gone to great lengths in researching the manufacturers we represent and make sure to only sell the highest quality furniture to minimize any issues that could arise.
Shipping Our Furniture
We only use insured freight carriers in case of any damage by the moving company. Our freight companies will always call and make an appointment for a time that works for you before they attempt delivery (with the exception of items that ship UPS). We offer different levels of white glove delivery on most items. See shipping page for more details on our shipping options and policies. We also will file any claims with the delivery companies, so you don't have to worry about it.
What if I Just Don't Like it?
If for whatever reason you decide the product you ordered is just not for you, you can return it to us, as long as you notify us within 7 days from receiving the order. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping charges only. We do not have restocking or return fees of any kind. br>
